26 ÜLEMISTE RE-IMAGINED EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION Ülemiste City is a modern district located in the immediate vicinity of Ülemiste shopping centre and Tallinn Airport. It is well-functioning economic district that incorporates 140,000 sq. m. of modern office space and 9000 sq. m. of cultural space (schools, kindergarten, gym). The campus also includes approximately 127,000 sq.m. of industrial and storage premises. As of 2016, more than 350 enterprises with nearly 10,000 employees operate at Ülemiste City. By 2026 this number will be 25 000.
