Third H&M in Latvia to be Opened in Mols Shopping Centre This Autumn
Store of Hennes&Mauritz (H&M), clothing retailers that have gained popularity worldwide, is to be opened in Mols shopping centre managed by Linstow Center Management (LCM) this autumn. Opening of the third H&M store in Latvia is scheduled for late October.
Mārcis Budļevskis, Lease and Business Development Director, SIA Linstow Center Management, says, ”Beginning of the last year was marked by significant changes in Mols shopping centre: shoe stores Danija and NS King expanded and Gino Rossi was opened ensuring a wide choice of footwear in the shopping centre. This year, changes are going on and soon enough, in late April, Berkonti, a fashion boutique, offering clothing, bags and other accessories will be launched, while in the summer season Sunny’s Car Wash will provide its services in the car park. In autumn, the third H&M store will open its doors. We are deeply satisfied that our cooperation with such worldwide known brand continues supplementing the existing versatile range of shops and offer of recognised fashion brands.”
This March, Alan Deko, a home and interior design store, was opened in Mols shopping centre complementing the range of items offered by Pier and Jysk. Alan Deko ranks among most experienced companies in Latvian market that has been operating in the interior design industry since 1991. This brand covers a blinds, curtains and furniture plant and home decoration retail chain in Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden.
As a result of renovation of Mols shopping centre, Double Coffee has moved to another place and is now facing Krasta iela; the Double Coffee concept means not only serving coffee, it also familiarizes coffee lovers with the coffee culture and how to relish a cup of coffee. Double Coffee also offers delicious dishes and desserts in a cosy atmosphere.
Grenardi jewellery store situated next to the recreation area of Mols shopping centre offers a diverse range of jewellery: from modern silver and gold items to jewellery collections offered by such designers as Giorgio Visconti, Superoro, Facco, Bibigi, Raivoir and Gerstner wedding bands, Kidou jewellery items for kids, and Baraka and Zancan jewellery and accessories for men.
With the arrival of the CCC retail chain store that is situated on level 2 in Mols shopping centre the range of footwear and bijouterie is expanded. CCC store offers assortment of footwear for the entire family — women, men, children and young people. Autlets A opened in the end of last year offers designer clothes from previous seasons.
