Linstow Center Management and Multi celebrate topping out of extension Alfa shopping centre in Riga
Linstow Center Management (LCM) and Multi Corporation today celebrated the topping out of the extension of Alfa shopping centre in Riga. The extension will add 30,000 sqm to Alfa shopping centre, taking the total area to more than 100,000 sqm and increasing the number of tenants to 250 from the current 170. The second new building – multi-storey parking house, which has been supplemented with 500 new car parks, increasing the total number to 1660, for the visitors is available since December last year.
